By registering with Doon Tutor (as a student, parent, or tutor), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Doon Tutor connects students and parents in Dehradun with qualified tutors for home tuition. We facilitate student-tutor matching, scheduling, and support but are not responsible for direct student-tutor interactions beyond introductions.

3. Responsibilities of Students & Parents

• Provide accurate details about academic needs, subjects, and location.
• Ensure safe and suitable learning environments at home.
• Make timely payments for tuition services.
• Respect tutor’s professional boundaries and schedules.

4. Responsibilities of Tutors

• Deliver lessons with professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain punctuality and consistency in teaching.
• Respect student confidentiality and privacy.
• Avoid engaging in activities outside the agreed tutoring scope.

5. Payments & Fees

Tuition fees are decided transparently before classes begin. Parents/students must make timely payments. Doon Tutor may update fee structures and will notify in advance.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If a student cancels a session, tutors should be informed at least 24 hours prior. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to our refund policy and are handled case by case. Tutors missing sessions without notice may be removed from our platform.

7. Code of Conduct

Doon Tutor maintains a strict code of conduct to ensure a safe and ethical learning environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Doon Tutor acts as a facilitator between tutors and students. We are not liable for any disputes, injuries, or academic outcomes resulting from tutoring sessions. Responsibility lies with the student, parent, and tutor involved.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is protected as per our Privacy Policy. Tutors and students are expected to respect each other’s privacy and confidentiality.

10. Modifications to Terms

Doon Tutor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand courts.
